Graphics7The view and style is the same as in its SNES predecessor, but much more colorful and lively. The characters are not rendered in 3-D polygon style and look rather static.
Sound8Very nice background music on the tracks. There's also cheering audience noises on some tracks, and as usual, the characters make funny noises and say funny things.
Challenge9Just like in Super Mario Kart, you can choose between 50cc, 100cc, and 150cc races, with each one harder than the last.
Replay Value9With secret tracks, battle mode, and up to 4 players, this game has a very high replay value, especially because it's such an easy way to rewind or entertain yourselves if you've got some friends over.
